How a two-day website actually happens
No agency mystery. Here is every step, who does it, and how long it takes.
Day 0: the free preview
You fill out the short form or call. We look at your current site, your Google Business Profile and your competitors, and build a preview of your new home page plus two of your most profitable service pages. It goes on a private link with a banner across the top so nobody mistakes it for a live site. You get the link within a business day or two.
If you don't like it, say so and that's the end of it. Nothing to cancel.
Day 0: you say yes
Pick a package and pay the setup fee. We schedule a 20-minute call where we ask about your crew, your services, the towns you actually want work in, your licenses, warranties, financing partners and anything you're proud of. We also collect your logo and any photos you have. If you have neither, we handle it.
Day 1: writing and building
Every page gets written for your company. Not a template with the name swapped in: we write about your city's housing stock, your climate, your permit office, the way your trade works where you are. Eight service pages, five city pages, about, reviews, FAQ, financing, a blog with three starter articles, and a contact page. Meanwhile we provision your call-tracking number, forward it to your office line, and set up call recording and transcription.
Day 2: live
The site goes live on your domain with SSL, served from our AWS infrastructure. We submit it to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster, push every URL through IndexNow, and connect your Google Business Profile. You get a walkthrough link and a short video.
Days 3 through 10: revisions
Read everything. Tell us what's wrong, what's missing, what you'd say differently. We revise until you'd hand the site to your best customer. There is no revision limit, then or ever.
Every week after
A new article aimed at a question your customers actually search for. A Google Business post. On Growth and The Works, review requests go out after every job you mark complete. On the first of the month you get a one-page lead report: calls, forms, recordings, what they were about, where they came from.
When you need something
You text or call Joe. Changes to the site are usually done the same day. New service pages and city pages are included in the plan limits; beyond that they're priced per page, in writing, before we start.
